1. When and where will the Real Estate and Tourism Exhibition take place?

 

It will take place on the 10th of May (at the official open after the Opening Ceremonies at 8:00 PM), and on the 11th and 12th of May 2010 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Natal Convention Center (the Morton Mariz de Farinha Hall).

2. Where and when can I retrieve my Exhibitor’s badge?

 

Participants in the Real Estate and Tourism Exhibition may retrieve their badge at the help desk located at the Convention Center from the 9th of May (from 2:00 PM-6:00 PM). Badges may also be obtained on the 10th and 11th (from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM) and on the 12th of May (from 8:00 AM– 12:00 PM).

3. I acquired a booth at the Real Estate and Tourism Exhibition, but I won’t be able to participate. How can I cancel?

 

In the event of cancellation, the company is subject to a fine previously stated on terms of agreement within the contract.

4. Who is the official installation company? Am I obligated to work with the official installation crew for my booth?

 

The official installation crew at the event is Conexao Montagem e Eventos. The exhibitor has a choice concerning who should be responsible for their booth’s installation. However, in the event of NOT utilizing the event’s official installation crew, it is necessary to inform the organizing committee beforehand, in order to provide necessary access badges for the crew, decorators, receptionists, etc.

5. What is the maximum amount of badges permitted per booth?

 

Without cost, 3 badges are awarded per 9m2. Extra badges are made available for a R$ 70,00 fee, according to the Exhibitor’s Manual.

6. I lost my badge. What should I do?

 

Badges are obligatory. In the event of loss or damage, a second badge should be requested immediately.
