1. When and where will the Business Round take place?
It will take place on the 10th of May, 2009 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
2. I registered for the Business Round but will not be able to attend. How can I cancel?
Refunds will be made available only if the company has not yet been scheduled for any meetings. We wish to emphasize that payment for Participant Registration will NOT be refunded if the company withdraws from participating in the event.
3. When and where can I obtain my Corporate badge?
The badge will be available at the help desk on the 9th of May (from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and on the 10th of May (from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM) at the Convention Center.
4. How can I participate in the Business Round?
The Corporate registration should be separate from the Participant Registration. The Corporate registration fee is not included in the Participant price for the International Conference or Exhibition. It should be purchased separately. In order to be a part of the Business Round, it is mandatory that the company (a minimum of 1 representative) should participate in the International Conference (Participant Registration).
5. How many people from my company can participate in the Business Round?
You can nominate up to three (03) people to accompany you to the Business Round. However, only one (01) will be eligible to participate with you per negotiation during the Business Round.
6. Can those in the Business Round participate in the Exhibition?
Those participating in the Business Round will only have access to the Exhibition if their Participant Registration has been dutifully paid and activated, separate from the Business Round registration.
