There are three ways in which you can participate in NORDESTE INVEST: observing the International Conference (which grants you access to the Exhibition), by being a part of the Business Round or by being an Exhibitor at the Real Estate and Tourism Exhibition.

 

Become familiar with how you can take full advantage of participating. Confirm the fees per category and anticipate deadlines to obtain the best rates. Associate members of ADIT and companies affiliated with the Syndicate of Civil Construction Industry in Rio Grande do Norte (SINDUSCON-RN) will receive special rates.

By registering, you will have the right to:

• 1. Participate in the International Conference;
• 2. Access the Real Estate and Tourism Exhibition;
• 3. Participate in the Business Round*

*registration to the Business Round is separate. The registration fee for the Business Round is not included in the Conference and Exhibition fee, and should be paid separately. Important: In order to participate in the Business Round, a representative from the company is required to take part in the International Conference.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE – PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION

 

By registering for this category, the participant will also be granted access to discussion panels during the 11th and 12th of May. This badge also permits you unlimited access to the Real Estate and Tourism Exhibition, where national and international exhibitors will display their services and products offered to the property and tourism sectors.

BUSINESS ROUND – CORPORATE REGISTRATION

 

By registering for this category, the participant has exclusive rights to participate in the Business Round on the 10th of May. This includes pre-scheduled business meetings, lasting thirty minutes each, between buyers and suppliers. However, the company’s registration will only be activated once a PARTICIPANT registration (International Conference) is complete.

REAL ESTATE AND TOURISM EXHIBITION – ACQUIRE A BOOTH

 

By registering for this category, the participant will acquire a booth which guarantees conditional rights to the exhibitor, by having the opportunity to present their products, main developments, investment options in the northeast and necessary services needed to develop business in the region. This badge will enable you to have unlimited access to the whole Exhibition. However, the exhibitor who wishes to access auditoriums hosting the International Conference should also obtain a PARTICIPANT badge (International Conference) as well.

Important: By acquiring a booth, the company will have unlimited access to the event’s exhibition. However, an EXHIBITOR badge will not grant access to the International Conference or Business Round. In order to access auditoriums and observe the International Conference, a PARTICIPANT registration is required, to which corresponding fees will be charged.

IMPORTANT:
1. In the event of cancellation, PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION fees are non-refundable. The same registration may be transferred to another representative from the same company. Such changes should be informed by the 19th of April 2010 by e-mailing conferencia@nordesteinvest.com.br.

2. Only cases in which the Business Round agenda has not yet been scheduled, may the company have a CORPORATE REGISTRATION refund. We emphasize that PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION is non-refundable.

3. In the event of a BOOTH cancelation, the company is subject to charges stated in the contract.
