The Real Estate and Tourism Exhibition will occur during all three days of NORDESTE INVEST 2010. In one exhibition area, investors, contractors, hotels, developers, real estate agencies, architect offices, law offices and consultant firms specializing in Brazilian and foreign transactions will have an opportunity to present and become acquainted with chief projects, investment opportunities in the northeast and basic services available for developing business in the region. The Real Estate and Tourism Exhibition is a meeting place for all participants to come together, and display part of the region’s tourism and real estate potential.

Important: By acquiring a booth, the company will have unlimited access to the event’s exhibition. However, an EXHIBITOR badge will NOT grant access to the International Conference or Business Round. In order to access auditoriums and observe the International Conference, a PARTICIPANT registration is required, to which corresponding fees will be charged.

IMPORTANT:
In the event of cancellation, the company is subject to charges stated in the contract.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Immediate payment or partial (two installments) payments:
50% when booking the reservation and 50% up to 30 days after signing the contract.
Note: The booth must be paid in entirety by the 20th of April, 2010
SPECIFICATIONS – BASIC INSTALLATIONS

· White dividing wall panels, aluminum molding;;
· 1 floor plug;
· 1 plug every 3m²;
· 1 lit overhead sign;
· Company name in simple black font on vinyl sign;
Note: Any modification concerning basic installations and extra facilities or elements should be directly dealt with by the exhibitor and official installation crew. These modifications will have additional costs, according to the installment crew’s conditions.
